Buddy Watson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, brings over 30 years of executive, marketing and entrepreneurial experience in the hospitality and lodging industry. In his career, Watson has been involved in the successful development, ownership and operation of select, limited and full-service hotels valued at more than $250 million, and has served on various hotel brand advisory boards.

Adam Zembruski, Chief Operating Officer and Franchise Relations Director, oversees corporate and property operations, development, asset management, acquisitions and renovations, and community engagement. Certified in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management by Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Zembruski has 20 years of experience in the hotel, resort and food service industries, including prior roles with full P&L responsibility for 23 hotels in seven states, with 2,500 rooms and $250 million in asset value.

Ralph N. Strayhorn, Senior Fund and Corporate Governance Advisor, has 32 years of experience in the financial services industry, including roles as the President and CEO of two banks, board of directors member of three banks, and executive officer of four banks. Strayhorn holds a J.D. degree and brings knowledge and access to a variety of financial advisory, institutional investment and broker-dealer firms.

Stephanie Campbell, Corporate Director of Accounting, and a Certified Public Accountant, has over 20 years of experience as an accountant. Campbell has served as an auditor, trusted business advisor and Chief Financial Officer at several leading financial services firms.
