The Pharos Hospitality team has deep knowledge of the hospitality industry with more than 30 years of experience in the acquisition, ownership, operation and disposition of upscale select service hotels. Franchise agreements are currently held with Hilton and Hyatt. Pharos Hotel Fund I is suitable for qualified institutional, public and private investors.

Having sold all hotels and hotel interests in the summer of 2007 under the Watson Hospitality predecessor name, Pharos Hospitality has been designed from the ground up to unify and integrate the three organizational elements of a franchise hotel company: investment, ownership and operations. By combining these key functions under one roof, and focusing only on growth markets and a few upscale brands, every property is well positioned to perform to the highest brand and guest service expectations, producing best-in-class returns for our investors.
